He leads with the understanding that a company’s workforce is its lifeblood, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This people-centric approach has been instrumental in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering innovation.
Patrick M. Roberts
VP Global Sales & Marketing
With a background as an abrasive application engineer, Patrick has led sales teams to new heights by expanding sales and improving customer processes. His experience spans diverse markets, including automotive, aerospace, fuel injection, and semiconductor industries. He values close collaboration with customers and offering robust application support to ensure mutual success.

Daniel is an accomplished financial executive with 30 years of experience leading financial professionals in various manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, Daniel has been a proponent of process improvement to streamline operations and reduce costs. Eric’s background showcases 20+ years of management experience specializing in manufacturing excellence and lean manufacturing. As a cross-functional leader, his teams have surpassed performance benchmarks in high-volume, highly technical settings; steering production planning, operational scaling; multicultural collaboration; and regulatory compliance. He has a proven record of driving cost savings and efficiency, while fostering a culture of ethics and effective change management.
