Mark Clemons
President & CEO
Mark Clemons is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in engineering, product development, and business management across high-tech and industrial sectors. He has held General Manager roles at VJ Scientific, VJ Electronix, Boston Engineering, and ITW, where he led strategic growth, innovation, and financial performance. Mark holds an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Lowell. He is passionate about building collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and mutual respect.
Patrick M. Roberts
VP Global Sales & Marketing
With a background as an abrasive application engineer, Patrick has led sales teams to new heights by expanding sales and improving customer processes. His experience spans diverse markets, including automotive, aerospace, fuel injection, and semiconductor industries. He values close collaboration with customers and offering robust application support to ensure mutual success.
Aditya Sharma
Global Director of Sales and Marketing
Aditya brings 15+ years of leadership in engineering, product development, and business management, most recently serving the semiconductor, automotive, industrial, and aerospace industries. Holding an MS in Electrical Engineering from NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering and an MBA, Aditya is known for his customer-first mindset, strength within team leadership, and his commitment to a high-performance culture.
Pete Fontaine
Global Manufacturing Director
Peter Fontaine is a seasoned Global Manufacturing Director with 29 years of experience in operations management, sales, and applications engineering within the abrasive industry. His expertise is in overseeing global operations, with a proven track record of leading teams across the US and China to achieve operational excellence. With a strong passion for fostering an empowered, inclusive workplace where all team members contribute to the success of the organization, particularly as ESOP participants. He is a proud Navy veteran, committed to integrity, continuous improvement, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Josh Schiering
Director of People & Culture
Josh has over 20 years of experience being a successful and tested Human Resources, Operations & Business Development Executive with expertise in aligning employees’ performance with strategic business objectives. He firmly believes that the key to having happy customers and a thriving business is by ensuring we have an engaged and happy staff. Josh focuses on building culture from within while developing diverse and united teams.
Eric Wilkins
Manager, Product & Process Engineering
Eric is a seasoned Materials Engineer with 30 years of experience in diverse manufacturing environments. Known for his hands-on, player-coach approach, Eric excels in Materials Engineering, Process/Product Development, and Manufacturing Engineering support. His career is distinguished by a commitment to simple, effective solutions and a track record of driving innovation and efficiency.
