Throughout his career, Scott has maintained a laser focus on two key pillars of success: empowering employees and prioritizing customers. He leads with the understanding that a company’s workforce is its lifeblood, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This people-centric approach has been instrumental in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering innovation.
Patrick M. Roberts
VP Global Sales & Marketing
With a background as an abrasive application engineer, Patrick has led sales teams to new heights by expanding sales and improving customer processes. His experience spans diverse markets, including automotive, aerospace, fuel injection, and semiconductor industries. He values close collaboration with customers and offering robust application support to ensure mutual success.

Corporate Controller
Daniel is an accomplished financial executive with 30 years of experience leading financial professionals in various manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, Daniel has been a proponent of process improvement to streamline operations and reduce costs. This experience has shown him that a well-functioning organization will produce the financial results that lead to satisfied stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Peter Fontaine is a seasoned Global Manufacturing Director with 29 years of experience in operations management, sales, and applications engineering within the abrasive industry. His expertise is in overseeing global operations, with a proven track record of leading teams across the US and China to achieve operational excellence. With a strong passion for fostering an empowered, inclusive workplace where all team members contribute to the success of the organization, particularly as ESOP participants. He is a proud Navy veteran, committed to integrity, continuous improvement, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Josh has over 20 years of experience being a successful and tested Human Resources, Operations & Business Development Executive with expertise in aligning employees’ performance with strategic business objectives. He firmly believes that the key to having happy customers and a thriving business is by ensuring we have an engaged and happy staff. Josh focuses on building culture from within while developing diverse and united teams.
