Employee Owned

At Darmann, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) means that every employee has the opportunity to become a partial owner of the company through hard-work and a commitment to excellence. Our ESOP grants each team member shares in the company. These shares support employee retirement planning beyond our 401(k) match of 50% (up to 6% contribution and 1% non-elective contribution) and are tied to our growth over time.

Being employee owned also means employees share in our successes. At Darmann, when we have a successful quarter, a percentage of profits are distributed to our employees. After all, it’s our employees who make us who we are! When Darmann wins, we all win.

* Individual employee participation in the Darmann ESOP program is subject to the satisfaction of eligibility requirements. Shares allocation is proportionate to the employee’s compensation and follows a vesting scheduled reviewed at the time of onboarding.
